The TRENDS 2019 Customer Conference brings together industry-leading physicians, nurses, informaticists and other healthcare professionals to share best practices around care delivery journeys and the role the Rothman Index has played along the way by helping identify at-risk patients sooner. TRENDS 2019 provides a forum for PeraHealth customers to collaborate with one another and the PeraHealth team, and to discuss innovative strategies for providing safer, more efficient care.
