This webinar will explain how intelligent use of data has given clinicians the ability to see patient trends from both the past and present and how it has allowed them to adjust care processes and, ultimately, save lives. There has been a movement afoot to harness the power of this information to drive effective and timely clinical decision making – to move from a reactionary process of care delivery to one that is more proactive and patient centered. For this reason, predictive analytics has become a headline in healthcare in recent years. By aggregating data that predicts risk and leveraging the information into “scores” that change as new clinical information is obtained, clinicians can quickly visualize a patient’s condition and develop or adjust plans of care to as needed.
