The Professional Services team uses a collaborative, proven process to streamline implementation and accelerate return on investment (ROI) while we integrate with your EMR and clinical workflows. Our clinicians and technical experts help prioritize clinical opportunities, create a project roadmap, design protocols, educate hospital staff, and deploy the highest-impact Rothman Index applications for each hospital. ROI on the Rothman Index begins on Day 1. During every clinical go-live, and often in the midst of live-product training, we have prompted patient interventions that would not have otherwise happened.
A dedicated Customer Success team with a registered nurse and an account manager work with every Rothman Index hospital. This team partners with hospital executive and mid-level leadership to implement a comprehensive educational plan for all hospital staff engaged with the Rothman Index to ensure incorporation into existing workflows. PeraHealth can provide formal onsite education and supplement it with electronic modules compatible with Learning Management Systems for ongoing educational support, including onboarding of new staff and annual competencies. The Customer Success team provides regular RI ANALYTICS report updates in person to steadily and rapidly progress to achieve hospital goals.
